I'm also having the same problem. When I use CCleaner I get the pop up message that Edge is still open. This problem was present last year and the forum gave me an answer to fix the problem. Now the issue has reappeared. Any suggestions? See attached screen shots. Thanks

Why am I seeing this unusual page on startup? Just started this AM. How do I get rid of it and get back to my usual startup view?

I just updated to W11 H22 and now when I run CCleaner I keep getting a One Drive pop up-see attached. I've never used One drive and as far as I can tell it's turned off. How do I get ride of this pop up? Thanks

Thank you for you comments. I disabled the taskbar jump list setting and that seemed to fix the problem. I've attached a screen shot before I disabled the jump list feature. FYI I never had this problem in W10. Should I file a bug report with either Ccleaner and/or MS/Windows? Thanks for your help.

Thank you for your comments. I was referring to the saved files in the quick access folder. The "recent documents" feature was already disabled. Ccleaner is still deleting the saved files in the quick access folder. Any suggestions or should I file a bug report? Thanks

Something in Ccleaner is deleting File explorer Quick Access files when I run a cleaning function. I'm stumped as to what it is. Can someone review my Ccleaner settings and see what it might be. I'm using W11 Thanks

I just reinstalled both Ccleaner and Adobe Reader DC due to a computer issue. What I have noticed is Ccleaner is not cleaning the Adobe Reader PDF files, that I looked at, even though the Adobe Reader clean is enabled in Ccleaner. Any suggestions? Thanks

I was attempting to install this update on my sister's Dell Inspiron 3847 W10. I've never had a problem before, but, this time I got a Windows /Defender installation error. I tried to bypass the Defender message but I kept getting a Windows installation error. I tried different browsers and different download sites with no luck. Can some one help with this problem? For the last three days I've been getting pop up ads wanting me to update to the paid version of CC-I'm not interested. I had this problem a few months ago and after complaints from many users the ads stopped. Now they're back again. How can we get them turned off again? Very annoying

I got a pop up that a new version of CCleaner 5.56.7144 is available. When I went to download it downloaded 5.55.7108 which is the existing version. Please review and advise

I didn't get the pop up for approx 5 days after I posted my message. I thought they fixed it-wrong. It stared up again yesterday-very annoying. I agree if they don't fix it pretty soon I will do away with CCleaner.
