Hi, I don't know if anyone else has experienced these problems but each time I use CCleaner, I am asked to reload my Dell Back Up Program CD. I am told that Dell has placed these programs in the temp files/folder??? Is there anyway I can clean the temp files without deleting the Dell Back Up Prog? Thanks
