  1. My O.S. is Windows XP PRO. I have a Dell AIO A940 printer. Dell claims that my printer will not print due to CCleaner use, which somehow turns off my printer spooler (when I access "Services", sure enough the print spooler is turned off as well as 2 dependencies files that are needed are turned off), makes my computer believe the printer driver/s are not installed (when I go to reinstall them I am told those files already exist, so - to make sure I click on overwrite and just let it reinstall them) and finally tells me I am missing a particular dll file (when I use "search" I find the file in 2 separate locations and I then type in the address where it is located) and this will make the printer work fine, at least until I run CCleaner again. Does anyone have a clue so this computer novice can get his printer to work again, permanently?? Thanks.
