hello, im having trouble using my cd drives. i uninstalled nero and installed a new program for burning and it has messed around with my registry files. this is the error which appears when i try and reinstall the hardware Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
