I can't "safely remove" external hard drives while Defraggler is running, even when it's idle.

The next version of CCleaner should remove Windows Vista Error Report Queue files (C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportQueue\*). These files often take up lots of space, and I think most people don't have any need for them.

It would be nice if CCleaner could delete empty folders in the Start Menu and other places they might show up.
