you have erased the files that deal with all that you mention it's not the cleaners fault you can not use it for what it is , it's not perfect but 99.9% perfect is close enough for me, the rest is down to you study how to use it more carefuly. it will do exactly what you tell it to do.

I just want to say what a great little tool. and i have had no problems with it at all. i think most of the problems people have using it seems to be they're inability to use computers properly.
