1) is this the very first time it happens in ccleaner history ? : - N O - 2) and ccleaner WAS always able to fix so we expect the same NOW

in the past has already happened with other prog and ccleaner WAS always able to fix the bug so we expect the same now

--probably you have been on the dark side of the moon..and not read all these posts here complaining with the strange behaviour of ccleaner with win 10... up to win 8.1 i really do not have these issue... so the bug is still HERE
