Thanks Dray, I understand everything you've said and I had already done as you suggested. My point really was why is it being promoted as portable with "a compact single EXE application" when it isn't.

If Defraggler is supposed to be portable with "a compact single EXE application" why does it need to be installed? And why does the installation directory end up with more than "a compact single EXE application" including an uninst.exe?
