have a problem when trying to recover deleted pics/video from sd card, Recuva finds them no problem, all excellent rated but when recovering get an error message that 'the parameter is incorrect', what does this mean and how can i solve it?

Why doesn't CCleaner completely removed user tracks from my pc. I have a secure file deletion at Gutman setting. But when I run Recuva scan a whole list of stuff is found. Why is this?
