I recently used Recuva to recover some temporary files that were erased from my computer. The files I recovered were .psd photoshop files. The files were recovered to my flash drive, but when I attemped to open the files I was prompted with a box in photoshop that read "could not complete your request because it is not a valid photoshop document", the files that I recovered said that they were excellent and were not overwritten. I have tried opening the files with other software such as paint, etc. but to no avail. Is there something I am doing wrong or are all of my pictures that I spent months working on doomed to the purgatory of my hard drive. Thank you for your time.
