Hello - I installed the latest version of CCleaner on a Win XP Pro SP2 laptop and each time I tried to run it, it gave me this error 'CCleaner has encountered a problem and needs to close.' I tried running it from a flash drive and got the same message. It runs fine on my PC. I downloaded the Visual Basic SP6 that I saw might help in another post but no luck. Any suggestions? Thank you.
