I just downloaded and tried version 2.06.567 and the problem is fixed. Thank you.

What is with you people? A bug is a bug. It should be fixed.

On the tools screen, you show a title bar in the colors of the window label, but only the background, not the forground (text) color, making it hard to read in some instances. See attached file.
