Sometimes these files get "Damaged". Go to your Downloaded Program Files directory and make sure you're aren't. You can just reinstall them anyway. Just Active-X controls. Unfortunately a product my company uses breaks these damn things all the time. -
You probably have the "don't delete temp files newer than 48 hours" option checked.
