  1. PatchCleaner Utility ?

This utility might help reduce the size of the C:\Windows\Installer folder; however, it should be used with "caution". Worked okay for me on Windows 10x64 Pro Build 17763.194 V1809 and found ~200 mbytes of orphaned installers. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-files/cleaning-the-windowsinstaller-folder/1942aa06-b2e2-40e1-b791-cd85ae64b3aa

Ooops, I stand corrected. Thanks a lot for straightening me out.
  3. Winapp2.ini additions

Why should it be removed? The MSConfig folder quite often gets left hanging empty when adding/removing programs.

I also have never seen any "affect" from RegKeys 1-4. My MS Notepad always stays the same size that I set it for. I suggest we just eliminate these 4 keys and the warning message.

The ExcludeKey below needs to be added to this to keep Internet Download Manager (IDM) extension from opening its "installed" webpage on the first Chrome opening after a CCleaner run. ExcludeKey1=FILE|%LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome*\User Data\Profile 1\Local Extension Settings\ngpampappnmepgilojfohadhhmbhlaek\|000003.log

Thus far I have not had any issues with this new release of winapp2ool.exe on my Windows 10x64 Pro Build 17763.107 V1809 nor Build 18277 Insider Build. Thanks for the new update. The new features are a great enhancement.
