(Is your computer time correct )
  4. No way can this be called innovation in my opinion. I refuse to be accused of having 'ism' and it's not polite to accuse people of having irrational fears. It seems to be change in order to highlight the other ccleaner functions on the right-hand side of the popup (which are already showing on the GUI anyway) What a waste of programmers time .

  7. There is no need for that new welcome screen at all. It's not just haters who will complain, it's also people who just want to use the software without the ccleaner use adverts at the right hand side. Lots of users will not bother posting about it as they know it's a waste of time as no one listens.

  9. Does it still happen if you use Custom Clean instead ?
  10. Are you using Custom Clean settings or Health Check settings?
  11. Open Edge and press the three dots top right of page and scroll down to open Settings. I left hand panel scroll down to System and Performance. Make sure 'Continue running background extensions and apps when Microsoft Edge is closed' is turned off (Personally I always turn off Start up Boost above it too)

  13. @nukecad Do any of them get cleaned if you use Win 10 Storage cleaning?
  14. No it shouldn't run snip & sketch if just press printscreen button on its own. It doesn't on my machine. The snip and sketch shortcut on my taskbar does the job. If you really want to have the printscreen button open snip & sketch go to Settings....Ease of Access > Keyboard and move the slide button to use the PrtScn button to open screen snipping It works.

  24. Need more info. What CCleaner settings do you have? Custom Clean or Health Check ? What operating system?
