If I run a command prompt as admin and ping ccleaner.com I get the below. If I then put in that IP address into my browser address bar I get the other screenshot Seems like it is not listed as an https site. So it could be a cloudfront issue or a CCleaner page that isn't resolving properly.

@JLS Try opening CCleaner, right-clicking on the Windows Explorer header (shown in blue) and selecting 'restore default state' See if that works.

The only no no is if you are doing it at work on machines provided by your employer .
