    Notepad++ 7.5.9 released 2 command line flags are added in this version to make replacing Notepad easier. A new Notepad++ Plugin API NPPM_REMOVESHORTCUTBYCMDID is added in this version as well.     What does it say in the window that it is scanning when it gets 'stuck' at 98% ? What operating system are you using and what build of CCleaner?

  7. Need more info. What operating system are you using? What build of CCleaner? Has this just started? Have you tried cleaning IE temp files and cookies from within IE itself? If yes, does that solve the 'blockage' ?

    Can you give more info please. What operating system you are using, what build of CCleaner and what 'junk files' do you see more of?
