I've been running CCleaner since version 1.31. I never had a single problem until version 1.40. Now, I find the same problem when running 1.41. Here's my computer setup...

I'm cleaning and shredding drives C: and F: (3 passes). F: is a Maxtor Hard Drive connected via a USB Port. CCleaner is installed on drive C:. In the middle of the operation I get the following error from the operating system....
CCleaner has encountered a problem and needs to close.... Please tell MicroSoft about this problem. The "error" data that's being sent to microsoft is as follows....
C:\DOCUME~1\owner\LOCALS~1\TEMP\WERfa8f.dir00\CCleaner.exe.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\owner\LOCALS~1\TEMP\WERfa8f.dir00\appcompat.txt
Like I said, all versions earlier than 1.40 worked perfectly. Any suggestions?
