  1. I use all those tools and I had the same issue. I tried Revo Uninstaller which found some registry entries for the Scorpion Saver, but the entry still existed in the Programs and Features list. I ended up fixing my issue by running the Microsoft Installer Cleanup Utility found at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301. When I ran the utility, I selected that I had a problem Uninstalling. It found Scorpion Saver. I was then prompted to select either "Yes, try to uninstall" or "No, try to fix". I initially tried the "No" item because I thought the "Yes" item would fail due to the MSI issue. This did not fix the issue. I ran it again and selected "Yes" and then my issue was resolved. Hope this helps.
  2. I don't believe that I ran the Registry Cleaner section on CCleaner. I am running Vista Ultimate 64bit. Could checking the "Menu Order Cache" under Advanced be something that is creating this problem? Curiously, how do you exclude a specific registry item from being "cleaned"?
  3. does CCleaner do anything to the IE8 Favorites Bar? Specifically, does it alphabetize the list of sites in the Favorites Bar? I would like keep my Favorites Bar in the order that works best for me. Is there an option or something within CCleaner to run off alphabetizing the IE8 Favorites Bar? Thanks in advance.
  4. I am running version 1.18.099 and I noticed that I can run the program at boot up. I would like to run the program every time that I log in. Also, it would be nice if I could install the program so that all users on the computer can use it. Currently, I would install the program as one user, and then log in as another and put a shotcut on their desktop to the executable. Thanks
