I use all those tools and I had the same issue. I tried Revo Uninstaller which found some registry entries for the Scorpion Saver, but the entry still existed in the Programs and Features list. I ended up fixing my issue by running the Microsoft Installer Cleanup Utility found at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301. When I ran the utility, I selected that I had a problem Uninstalling. It found Scorpion Saver. I was then prompted to select either "Yes, try to uninstall" or "No, try to fix". I initially tried the "No" item because I thought the "Yes" item would fail due to the MSI issue. This did not fix the issue. I ran it again and selected "Yes" and then my issue was resolved.
Hope this helps.
