  1. Is a clean install the best way to go? Not just with this program, but others as well?
  2. Hi Andavari I currently have version 1.5 installed, would it be wise to uninstall 1.5 and do a clean install of 1.6? or will the newer version just install over 1.5?
  3. To work offline I right click on the local area connection icon and select (disable), so every thing should be OK
  4. Password Meter site offers a download package. Would it be safer to download and check my "real" password with Password Meter while offline?

    Sandboxie

I use Sandboxie and luv it It's not only great to sandbox your browser, you can also launch "multi-player" games sandboxed before connecting to an INTERNET game server. You need to configure your game controls & options etc before launching a game sandboxed, or the settings wont "stick". After disconnecting and quiting the game, the original game settings will still be in place.

  8. I like my Cornflakes, but I'm not paying that much! "Illinois-Shaped Cornflake" Obviously some people have way to much "time" on their hands to come up with that sort of rubbish! They probably have "nothing to do, and all day to do it" And as for the people prepared to pay that much for 1 Cornflake...are you crazy?...that Cornflake looks like any other Cornflake!
  9. I love the occasional train trip, watching the scenery go by at a leisurely pace is what I like

  11. OK I'm ready for the next step "RocketDock" is always on my desktop , see my post above ↑ All I need now is a "Docklet"? to display things like CPU-Temp, HDD-Temp, RAM-Usage...etc. I've been trying to find out how to do this I'm even more confused. I have "SpeedFan" that can supply readings (Info) to the Docklet right?, am I on the right track? Thanks in advance for any help.
  12. Sometime last week when checking for updates "SpywareBlaster" updated itself to version 4.0 no problems Like you guys I like this new version too
  13. Hi Andarvari As I said in my first post, I just put the first disk that came to hand "Age of Empires III" into "Drive (D:)". I hadn't used that disk "Age of Empires III" in weeks? so I'm thinking that Windows wouldn't be holding onto any scraps of info about that particular disk? I guess I could have put any disk in "Drive (D:)" and had the same result, "SUPERAntiSpyware" didn't ask for any specific disk. Thanks for the info Andarvari , a reboot seems to solve the problem.
  14. Hi MikeW I was thinking along those lines, and I made sure that only Drive (C:) was checked. Andavari mentions rebooting, and after a reboot everything seems to be normal again.
  15. Hi Andavari So refreshing the System "RAM" by rebooting "Windows" could have helped SUPERAntiSpyware scan without any problems?
  16. Hi guy's. Today I started a manual scan of Local Disk (C:) with "SUPERAntiSpyware" and not long after it started it paused, and a message said to insert a "disk" into Drive (D:) It wouldn't continue without a disk in Drive (D:) It didn't say what "disk" it wanted? so I just put in the first disk that came to hand "Age of Empires III" and the scan continued? The scan finished, and no problems were found. Has anyone had this happen? For me this is the first time "SUPERAntiSpyware" has done this. Edit: I just finished running another scan, and "SUPERAntiSpyware" ran normally. It didn't find any threats. It didn't ask for a "disk" to be inserted into Drive (D:) this time?

  22. Hi all , I recently downloaded this program: "Free YouTube Downdload" from DVDVideoSoft I'm having good results using it, and I was wondering if many others out there use it? I initially found a link to this program at AndyManchesta's site, so there's a good chance that it's already been mentioned in the Software Forum here at Piriform.
