First off, CCleaner is a great tool!
One thing it lacks however that would make it even better, is the display of program icons next to their listing in the remove programs tool. This is the main(only) reason that I'm still using windows default add/remove programs tool. Occasionally, you'll install a program (or others will and not tell you about it) and then, while cleaning out your system at a later date, you can't remember what on earth that program does. This is when it's helpful to have a visual representation of the program (its icon)
