Further investigations are underway. Unfortunately, the traces of the well-concealed hackers currently disperse abroad. That is why the expenditure of the German law enforcement agency was significantly increased and the clearing up has become more difficult. Which data were stolen? The stolen pieces of information are data of addresses such as name and e-mail address. Billing information (e.g. credit card information or banking information) is definitely not affected, because our shop service contractors are concerned with this data and it is not stored on our system. What are the hackers doing with the stolen information? I use 'Your Uninstaller!' (not freeware) and after calling the default uninstaller, it searches the registry for keys and known places on the drive for left over files. Works like a charm.

LOL, Alan. Although icons for specific different Registry values like Missing Shared DLLs, Unused File Extension, ActiveX and Class Issues, etc. would be cool but also pointless.

I used to think that too but it isn't. If you log-in into the website in question and browse back and forth, the cookies will get stored. Once the cookies are stored, CCleaner will detect it. If you run CCleaner before placing it in the "Cookies-To-Keep" list, the cookies will be erased and it won't be able to detect it until you visit the website again. Works for me.
