On the 32-bit Vista Ultimate, CCleaner is unable to delete the Internet Explorer's browsing history, and I don't know, whatelse!

I'm using Vista RTM Ultimate Edition(Build: 6000). What I've noticed is, that CCleaner isn't cleaning the IE browsing history and don't know whatelse! My question is, when will a fully functional version be released? Thanks!
