Moderators rridgely Posted March 15, 2007 Moderators Share Posted March 15, 2007 I just installed AVG antivirus on one of my computers, and for some strange reason its detecting Hijackthis 2 beta as having a virus. Of course this is just a false positive, but I wanted to give you all the heads up if your using AVG. I'm about to report it now to Grisoft. I just love how AVG "heals" files, it merely moves them to the Virus Vault without saying too much, then again that's the first detection I've seen in v7.5.
