Vitalik1993
I use CCleaner 5.35.62.10 and Firefox 56.0.1. I noticed that everytime I clean my system with CCleaner some icons disappears in Firefox bookmarks or looks incorrectly (when some site has an icon from different site). I see this issue with 3 sites: 1) https://www.comss.ru/ 2) https://forum.adguard.com/index.php 3) http://rutracker.org/forum/index.php All these sites pinned in my bookmarks and they lose their icons after cleaning. Also these sites has wrong icon as I said, comss.ru has microsoft icon sometimes and rutracker.org has a gmail's "G" . Same thing happens with https://eromainstream.net/ - it also looses icon after cleanup...
Guest Sid Piriform
So this has been an going issue with the Firefox as they have changed the way "favicons" are handled. But Devs are working on a way to handle the issue as they thought it was fixed in 5.34/5 Try the solutions in this thread as possible workaround in the mean time: https://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=48688&p=285717

Thom415
Another issue with Firefox 56. I'm using Firefox portable long time. Everything work fine till 56 version. Now CCleaner not cleaning Internet Cache. Please take a look at this in next version of CCleaner. I have seen this when running in Secure Delete mode. Normal mode seems to clean cache. Leck mich
I use firefox 56.0.2 (64 bit) and CCLeaner 5.36.6278 (64-bit) on Windows7 (64 bit) in German. My problem: When I used CCLeaner yesterday to get rid of firefox cookies and internet cache (only), not only these, but EVERYTHING I had saved with the firefox pocket funktion was gone, too. This is devastating!! I have ticked only three items, internet cache, cookies and last download place (German: Letzter Downloadort). No warning that the pocket data are as well deleted. taxen
Seriously! I use firefox 56.0.2 (64 bit) and CCLeaner 5.36.6278 (64 bit) on Windows 10 (64 bit) in Japan. My problem: When I used CCLeaner today to get rid of firefox Internet Cache, Cookies, Download History, and Last Download Location (only), not only these, but ALMOST EVERYTHING including firefox settings such as font settings, design layout, startup setting, I mean, ALL the settings (except, thank God, passwords), together with some of add-ons settings (in my case, Video DownloadHelper and GreaseMonley as well as firefox itself showed welcome page for a new user) and data HAVE BEEN GONE. This is very devastating and catastrophic!! I have ticked only four items above mentioned. Please make an emergent alert to firefox users out there. I do not want to see the third victim with this issue. Yes, I know the risk of using software for free.
