Which start up Programs can i disable (vista 32)

Hiya everyone,

 

im a newbie on here and a comp novice,basicly i have windows Vista 32 bit and i want to know what start up programs from the list i can safley disable.

 

i have disabled all the one's im sure about but want to kno if their are more in this list that can be disabled.

 

Also which ones can i delete totally from the start up menu?

Those few items remaining on your list -- I suggest you disable them and see if your system runs ok. Don't delete any.

 

I'm running Vista 32-bit and have only three items starting:
