G-FORCE Posted November 6, 2011 Share Posted November 6, 2011 Hiya everyone, im a newbie on here and a comp novice,basicly i have windows Vista 32 bit and i want to know what start up programs from the list i can safley disable. i have disabled all the one's im sure about but want to kno if their are more in this list that can be disabled. Also which ones can i delete totally from the start up menu? kroozer Posted November 6, 2011 Share Posted November 6, 2011 Those few items remaining on your list -- I suggest you disable them and see if your system runs ok. Don't delete any. I'm running Vista 32-bit and have only three items starting: HKLM:Run avast "C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast5\avastUI.exe" /nogui Startup User ERUNT AutoBackup.lnk C:\Program Files\ERUNT\AUTOBACK.EXE Startup User taskmgr.lnk C:\Windows\System32\taskmgr.exe Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
