TheWebAtom
many people may elect not to upgrade to this new version. I don't think they're going to have a choice. I don't see Malwarebytes continuing to offer definition updates for legacy versions of their scanning engine. I'm Shane.

Moderators Andavari Posted March 3, 2014 Moderators Share Posted March 3, 2014 Probably the same people still rocking xp after next month will keep mwb's current version OS and software updates are two different categories though. I'll personally update to MBAM 2.0, and it isn't like there's a choice anyways because when running the updater it will automatically download the new version. I don't know if it is right, but I'll give it a shot. Crash dumps for what? Windows? A specific program? ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. ROCKNROLL
Looks like crash dumps for any game or program that had a crash. I currently have disciples.exe (game) and explorer.exe (windows) DMP files. I am on Windows 7 64-bit, by the way, so it might be different for windows 8 or xp. I think this belongs under the application section. I am a maintainer for Winapp2.
