anything more than ccleaner?

i've played around with a lot of software and i keep coming back to ccleaner for its simplicity and effectiveness. i am wondering if the majority of people feel that ccleaner is enough to keep a computer in top shape or if more programs are needed, such as tuneup utilities or something.

i use avast as my antivirus and malwareantibytes to supplement.

i've tried and got rid of advanced systemcare, tuneup, system mechanic, comodo system cleaner, other iobit products and well pretty much any of those. yes i've probably screwed my computer up playing with so many.

anyways i keep coming back to ccleaner and want to keep it simple from now on. do you feel that ccleaner and defraggler are enough to do so?

CCLeaner is what I use for all my junk cleaning (except Internet Explorer because I keep that clean after every browser close)

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
