Analysis Failed/Building File List Failed

On 2 of my computers running Windows XP, I get the following errors when I try to Analyze or Defrag:

Analysis Failed/Building File List Failed.

Having the same problem on one computer (out of three so far).

Both windows Defrag and UltraDefrag worked on the drive. Still can't get Defraggler to work.

(attaching the debug output file)

On 2 of my computers running Windows XP, I get the following errors when I try to Analyze or Defrag:

Analysis Failed/Building File List Failed.

It runs fine on all my other computers.

I ran "C:\Program Files\Defraggler\df.exe" C:\ /debug3 and attached is the resulting .txt file.

I am also having this problem.

I have been using Defraggler for quite some time now, over many versions, and never had a problem with it. This just started last night, and there were no major windows update or anything to prompt this. I tried reinstalling defraggler, but that did not help.

Attached is the debug file.

Here is what I believe to be the relevant part of the debug file:

I run Windows Vista home premium 32-bit on a toshiba laptop.

Thank you for your help.

EDIT: Strangely enough, when I go to file->defrag folder and select the C drive, it works just fine.

I have a similar issue when trying to analyze a 15TB RAID (which strangely shows up as only being a few million bytes short of 5 trillion - http://i32.tinypic.com/1zf7z1i.png )

Another thing I noticed was that before the Defraggler GUI even showed, the task manager indicated defraggler.exe (shame it's not 64-bit) using 1.4GB of RAM.

But anyway, I've attached a debug log just like everyone else. Would love to see some progress on this issue.

Everyone, I don't have an update but I might be able to help. I was using Defraggler to defragment target files, it was working normally. I then decided to further clean up my Windows 7 Pro (64-bit) PC by removing the Hiberfil.sys (using an administrative command prompt typing "powercfg.exe -h off").

I restarted Defraggler to analyse the new drive state and... no ability to analyse. I can find and defrag individual files, however.

Strangely, all drives are not analysable, even separate physical disks.

OK, even more information. After a second restart to install Windows Updates, it now works again. Maybe Windows system file management interacts with Defraggler in an odd way?
