asdfasdfsadf
I have a ton of music on my computer, and I need to thin the herd. A lot of it is duplicates, for example I might have.... A Day in the Life by the Beatles Beatles - A day in the Life A Day in the Life John Lennon - A Day in the Life It's the same song, just in 4 different place, under 4 different names. There seems to be no way to tell Ccleaner to scan just the music files. If I tell it to scan the C drive and only the music folder, it won't do it. If I tell it to scan just mp3 files, it won't do it. It starts bringing up tons of documents. I don't want documents. Just duplicate music. How can I do this? Moderators Nergal Posted June 14, 2017 Moderators Share Posted June 14, 2017 Sorry the duplicate finder in ccleaner is not that robust. It only find same file, not similar. ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
