CCleaner not fully functioning after transfer from old PC to new

I have just changed my all-in-one Dell PC from the old Inspiron One to the new Inspiron 24 7000 series - essentially the same but upgraded. I transferred all my programmes  and everything seems fine but when I came to run CCleaner, I found the following: a) Analyse and clean both run but is over in a fraction of a second with nothing selected for cleaning. My settings were carried over and the same options selected for cleaning but nothing happening. Same with registry clean - no results. c) Browser cleaning runs on browser closure but again, nothing is actually selected or cleaned. d) the only thing that works is the Programme removal tool.

I have downloaded the latest version but no difference, my version v5.28.6005 Professional edition license is showing as registered.

 

On previous Win 10 PC everything worked normally, but not now on my new Win 10 PC. Please advise if there is any action I can take to rectify this. Many thanks.
