Increase defragmentation speed

Add code to Defraggler to IGNORE SYSTEM FILES during the QUICK DEFRAG process,  By not including those LARGE SYSTEM FILES in the read/write defragmentation process, the other files can be consolidated faster.

For example, as soon as QUICK DEFRAG builds a FILE LIST, I STOP the process, VIEW the list of files, click the box to CHECK all files, UNCHECK THE SYSTEM FILES (one of mine is 6,000,000+ KB & another is 3,000,000+ KB), and then click DEFRAG CHECKED.  ZOOM, ZOOM, ZOOM & FINISHED!

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
