registration key not working

I just purchased the Recuva Pro but when I try to enter my registration key it

says incorrect. I have entered exactly what is on my receipt, still not working. 

Also made sure to download from the invoice, didn't use the one that automatically

started from website before getting receipt. What could I be doing wrong? Thank you.

I guess you mean the license key?
