Byff
When you do an analysis & cleaning of the registry you are prompted to do a backup. Can anyone tell me where on the hard drive I would find that backup? Thanks.
Moderators Nergal Posted August 20, 2017 Moderators Share Posted August 20, 2017 By default they should be in your documents folder ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. Moderators mta Posted August 20, 2017 Moderators Share Posted August 20, 2017 and they should be called CCyyyymmddhhmmss.reg (or something like that) where yyyy is the year, mm is the month and so on. Backup now & backup often. It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last.
