Cookies deleting

Why does ccleaner now decide which cookies remain on my computer?

Why is there after cleaning a cooking left, which I did not authorize to remain?

How do I change this?

Why is one of the biggest german Internet Provider "United Internet" allowed to place a cookie on my computer and why does ccleaner NOT remove it?

What operating System are you using?

Which browser are you using ?

When you open CC and go to options..cookies.. and highlight that cookie, what browser icon shows at the bottom of that page?

Do you use the 'delete all cookies on close' function built into your browser?

Thank you for asking, how am I supposed to know what info you need?

I have been using Win7, Ccleaner and Firefox for about as long as they exist, and nothing has been changed in my computer set-up.

I have chosen a list of cookies which has been moved to right of the panel, so it does not get deleted, and the rest on the left gets deleted by ccleaner.

And NEVER a cookie remained, and now there is this one from united internet.

And the obvious question is; Why does ccleaner since about two or threee weeks no lomnger deletes the cookie on the left panel, as it is supposed to do?

What can be done? and: Thanks
