grandamster
I recently downloaded CCleaner (free version). After running the cleaner I get the following error messages when I restart my computer. There are in fact 2. The box is titled Asus Setup and the message reads... C:Users\Steve\AppData\Local\Temp\202913Loginiislost the 2nd box is identical only the number is changed to 202934. I must assume this is connected to my motherboard as it is the only thing from Asus I have on this computer If I use system restore it corrects the problem. Moderators nukecad Posted July 24, 2016 Moderators Share Posted July 24, 2016 This is log file(2 files? the file number changes)from your temporary folder that is in use by a scheduled Asus task. Open the Task Scheduler. In the window that appears, double click on "Task Scheduler Library" in the left hand panel. Select "ASUS" Disable or delete the entry that has anything to do with "AsusSetup.exe." *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Worried about why some files come back after cleaning? grandamster
Thankyou both for responding. I tried Nukecads solution first and it appears to have worked. There were 2 entries there and I deleted both.
