I might want CC Pro

The annual nature of the ccleaner pro license covers priority support and automatic updates; I don't believe (and as of the last time the developers clarified this to us moderators a few years ago) the other added feature of Pro (the ability to clean multiple users) gets disabled, but maybe somebody who has let their license lapse can better answer that part.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

this has come up recently and may help; https://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=46677&p=274771

mta, do you have any definite proof of losing multi-user clean? 'Cause all you did was point to your own post in another thread.

On the multi-user cleaning front - No, no first hand proof.

I was only answering the OPs question concerning annual costs, and Yes, the link to my previous post does also include a comment that multi-user cleaning would be lost, but that's my personal believe.

And that is only based on the fact that no other software I am aware of keeps 'paid-for' functions available after the license has expired.

If CC Pro does that then it would be a cheap way to get that extra cleaning option for life with a one-time payment.

Can these sort of questions be pushed to an Admin member for clarification?

Backup now & backup often.
