CR600 msi laptop, running Vista Home Premium. On each restart or boot has this window. Looks like something to do with Flash (white f on the red box). Top says Downloads with Fire_Fox logo.

Ccleaner and AVG PC tuneup do not fix it. Any ideas? Thanks.
Laptop has 3 GB of ram, good disk space & boots fine. The window cannot be closed. "Clear List" does not work. Red X does not work. FF has been upgraded to 52.1.2 (32 bit). How can this be cleaned up?

have you tried playing with your Firefox profile,

start Firefox from the Run command as; firefox -p

I'd delete and create a new one as a first straw to grasp but be aware you'll lose bookmarks, saved passwor4ds extra, so if you care, back them up first.

Backup now & backup often.
