Moderators Andavari Posted October 7, 2015 Moderators Share Posted October 7, 2015 Solution: When CCleaner doesn't show System Restore Points (Windows) Info: When trying to manage System Restore Points via CCleaner in 'Tools > System Restore' you may run into the issue where Restore Points aren't shown, even though when you look in Windows built-in System Restore tool it will show them. Why does this happen: * This can occur when there's corruption in the System Volume Information ("Restore Point"). * In Windows 10 System Restore may not be enabled. See the second post in this topic. How to fix: 1. Turn off System Restore. This removes all restore points, including any which may be corrupted. 2. Turn on System Restore.
