CCleaner doesn't clear gmail logins...

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is a bug however this has never happened before.

I sign in to the Gmail website.

I log out of the Gmail website.

I close out of browser as my CCleaner is set to clear everything on Google Chrome upon exit. It clears everything else except all logins to Gmail? Is this due to their new website change? Is there a way so that when I close out of my browser it will clear all Gmail logins like before?

Running the latest version of CCleaner Pro and the latest version of Google Chrome.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Thanks.

what are your actual version numbers for CC and Chrome?

have you turned off background tasks in Chrome when exiting, see here: https://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=40285

when you exit Chrome, are any other Chrome (or Google apps) tasks still running?  (use Task Manager to check)
