To run CCleaner in debug mode: 1.From the Windows desktop, click Start and then click Run. 2.In the Run dialog box, type" <path to CCleaner>" /debug. Typically, this will be: "C:\Program Files\CCleaner\CCleaner.exe" /debug (Quote Marks Are Important) 3.Click OK. CCleaner starts in debug mode. You will see the word [debug] next to the version number at the top of the CCleaner window. 4.Once you have finished using CCleaner and have quit the program (or after your crash has been recreated), use Windows Explorer to navigate to the installation path (the same path you typed in Step 2). Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
