vicntc
Windows 10 x64, CCleaner v5.17.5590 x64 As a result of the well documented failure of "Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3163207) - Error 0x800f092" I have been trying to clean things up and try again. CCleaner tries to do so and says it is deleting items however a scan immediately after or after a reboot results in the exact same 38 outstanding items being identified. The "stickie" post suggests using Dial-a-fix then at the bottom says it doesn't work with anything Win7 or newer (not exactly helpful for a stickie) Can anyone suggest how to A) get CCleaner to remove the entries properly or uninstall KB3163207? Moderators hazelnut Posted May 24, 2016 Moderators Share Posted May 24, 2016 Can you show a screenshot of the 38 items you are talking about? Dial-a fix is obsolete now.
