juanxxx
After finding deleted files I want to delete them permanently .... Is possible to RECUVA replace the original names with wild characters like *# or something similar in order to never seeing the original names again? Thanks
Moderators Augeas Posted October 9, 2016 Moderators Share Posted October 9, 2016 The file names are held in the MFT which is a system file that Recuva can't amend. To get rid of these file names use CCleaner's Wipe Free Space with Wipe MFT checked.
