HOW TO not require login to web sites after cleaning (in Firefox+

Recommended Posts

Windows 10 and Firefox - both current

When I run CCleaner, most/many web sites on which I do not have to login every time now require a login.

If you want a screenshot of my CC settings, let me know.

Hoping there's an easy tip...

thanks,

Michael

It may be something to do with the new login warnings with FFx 52

But just to be sure first, have you unticked 'Saved passwords' in the Firefox section of CCleaner?

Also make sure you've chosen the sites cookies in the "cookies to keep" section of ccleaner's options

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
