I start the scan which is usually quick, but now it tends to stop at 27% at thumbcache_1024.db Sometimes it'll work but, more frequently it freezes scan at 27%. Moderators mta Posted March 19, 2017 Moderators Share Posted March 19, 2017 can you go to that file and folder and manually delete it? that .db file may be in use by some image browser so is locked and not deleted. is it always the same name? if so, perhaps add it to the EXCLUDE list. This PC has Win7 Pro 64-bit as the OS, Current version CCleaner v5.28.6005(64bit) still crashes at around 56% (Mozilla Thunderbird) on my primary PC.
