Cbeaner Posted July 22, 2017 Share Posted July 22, 2017 Hi, I have updated to version 5.32.6129 and have encountered the problem of CCleaner crashing. I have it set to shut down after doing a clean but instead of my machine shutting down I get a screen asking me to do the following " Put in bootable media and press a key to reboot your device". I have also noticed that my browser history in Microsoft Edge has disappeared although I have set this to remain and not be cleaned in the applications settings of CCleaner. Should I roll back to the previous version of CCleaner? and can I recover my browser history? The only changes I have made on my computer recently is to reinstall my anti-virus which gave me a new updated interface. I have done a fresh reinstall with CCleaner but the problem remains.
