When I cleaned register I can't no more activate a link in a opened e-mail message. This was already done with c cleaner free same version, some versions previously there were never problems.

c cleaner pro v 5.32.6129 64bit

ms outlook 2003 v 6.1.7601 sp1 build7601

win. 7 home premium 64 bit sp1

try restoring your registry from the backup CC made before you cleaned it.  (providing you did the backup of course)

if you didn't, go back to a previous system Restore Point.

Backup now & backup often.

what do you "I do that regularly", use the reg cleaner, restore the registry from the .reg backup, or use Restore Points to fix problems caused by cleaning the registry?

if your links in email messages aren't working, try this.

admittedly it's a bit old now; http://www.urtech.ca/2012/03/solved-outlook-links-result-in-this-operation-has-been-cancelled-die-to-restrictions/

I mean that I regularly clean the registry, that's all. Sorry for the bad explanation, I'm not good at the English language.

Meanwhile I use a webmail with the same email name.

Thanks for the possible solution to the problem, I will try it tomorrow now and let it now.
