cappuccino
The problem is that the File Explorer menu disappears, and clicking all items cannot be opened. Last year when I reinstalled Windows, there was almost no other software installed except CCleaner. Cleaned several times with CCleaner's cleaner and registry features, and then the problem shown above. Previous version of Windows is 1607 and I thought it was a system problem, and it was reinstalled again. Until recently the frequent use of Ccleanner cleanup, this problem has arisen. Currently my version of Windows is 1703.I tried to go to Microsoft community feedback but no results. Sorry I am Chinese, English is not good, with the help of translation software I want to know if it's ccleaner caused and how to fix it. Thank you for your help. 7.16--- There's been a new discovery today. All applications are affected, and all system applications have lost their right menu. Because my system is Chinese version, so the prompt message is Chinese, meaning is no problem

Moderators hazelnut Posted July 16, 2017 Moderators Share Posted July 16, 2017 7.16--- There's been a new discovery today. All applications are affected, and all system applications have lost their right menu. First you are not running in Tablet Mode are you ? Second open Ccleaner and go to Tools...Startup.. and click on Context Menu tab at the top. Disable any ones you do not use. Then try right-click again. If it still doesn't work, disable all context menu items . If right click then works, enable each Context Menu item one by one until you find the one that is breaking the right-click Support contact https://support.ccleaner.com/s/contact-form?language=en_US&form=general or support@ccleaner.com
