TracyS Posted June 22, 2017 Share Posted June 22, 2017 Anyone know why I would get this message when trying to download the latest version: Gateway Anti-Virus AlertThis request is blocked by the Firewall Gateway Anti-Virus Service. Name: MalAgent.J_12302 (Trojan) I did make sure I was not clicking a Google Ad link (which, btw, are extremely misleading and really shouldn't be on a professional website where you are looking to download a software upgrade). Backup now & backup often.It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last.
