I cant merge the Registry Back up

The other day i clean my registry with Ccleaner (i erase everything Ccleaner told me it was garbage) and the next days my laptop start having some problems that i didnt have before. I use Pro Tools for recording music, and start to have a lot of latency, and some other problems too. Before i clean the registry i made a back up, but when i try to merge it, this error comes out "Cannot import (the registry back up location): Not all data was successfully written to the regisrty. Some keys are open by the system or other process, or you have insufficient privileges to perform this operation". Actually the windows its in spanish because i speak spanish but i translated. I try to merge it on safe mode but its the same. What should i do?
